Roger and Maxcine Perkins, Winchester, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on July 31, 2011, at the Winchester Community Building. Roger Perkins and Maxcine Allen were married on July 30, 1961, at Hebron Baptist Church, rural Winchester, by the Rev. J.D. Everett. They are the parents of three children; Peggy Rule (Terry), McLouth; Patricia Weishaar (Daniel), Nortonville; and Robert Perkins (Michelle), Yorktown Heights, NY. They are grandparents to five. The celebration begins at 4 P.M. Friends and family are invited to attend. No gifts please.
