Kelly Anne Bergin and Lawrence Richard (Richie) Schrick were united in marriage September 4, 2010 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Mooney Creek. The Rev. John Reynolds officiated at the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Michael and Cynthia Bergin, Meriden. She is the granddaughter of Beverly Eschmann, Topeka, the late Jerry Eschmann, and the late Victor and Merle Bergin.
The groom is the son of Larry and Bonnie Schrick, Easton. He is the grandson of Joan Noll, Nortonville, and the late Carl Noll, and the late Raphael and Genevieve Schrick.
Presented in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her friend, Amanda Bisnett, as maid-of-honor.
Bridesmaids were Julie Smith, Manhattan, and Kyli Stoltzfus, Leavenworth, friends of the bride; Lori Hoverter, Denver, sister of the groom; and Gina Bergin, Goessel, sister-in-law of the bride.
Andrew West, Georgia, friend of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Joey Noll, Atchison, brother of the groom; Russ Fink, Leavenworth, friend of the groom; Jeb Hoverter, Denver, brother-in-law of the groom; and John Bergin, Goessel, brother of the bride.
Addison Hoover and Makenzi Prato, cousins of the bride, were flower girls. Jesse Noll, nephew of the groom, was the ring bearer.
Brad Schrick, Smithville, brother of the groom; Tyler Hass, Leavenworth, Nathaniel Kern, Kansas City, and Aaron Goleman, Leavenworth, friends of the groom, seated the guests.
Josie Noll and Madison Wuller, nieces of the groom lit the candles for the ceremony. Alex and Eric Eschmann, cousins of the bride were altar servers. Kurt and Pam Gay, Godparents of the bride, were E ucharistic ministers. Mason Noll, nephew of the groom, and Kendri Noll, niece of the groom, distributed the programs. Marissa Wuller, niece of the groom, was guestbook attendant. Greg Wuller, brother-in-law of the groom and Kurt Gay were lectors.
Harpist Erin Hansen, organist Molly Lane, and vocalist Renie Stephan provided music for the ceremony.
A reception, dinner, and dance followed the ceremony at the Atchison Heritage Conference Center.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Cancun, Mexico. They reside in Kansas City, MO. Richie is a sales representative for GAF-ELK Materials Corporation. Kelly is a hair stylist at Rio Salon in Parkville, MO.
