Pamela F. “Pam” Broyles, 52, of Winchester, died Thursday, July 5, 2012, at her home in Winchester after being diagnosed with cancer in December 2011.

Pamela F. “Pam” Broyles, 52, of Winchester, died Thursday, July 5, 2012, at her home in Winchester after being diagnosed with cancer in December 2011. She was born September 25, 1959, at Atchison, the daughter of Rodney and Shirley Burge Blau. She had lived in Winchester for several years. She was a 1977 graduate of Pleasant Ridge High School at Easton and earned her L.P.N. Nursing degree in 1994 at the Northeast Kansas Area Technical School in Atchison.
Pam worked as a nurse for several years, working as an agency nurse, and at the Medical Lodge in Leavenworth and most recently at the U.S. Disciplinary Barracks at Fort Leavenworth for three years, before being medically disabled.
She is survived by, two sons, William “Trey” Dulaban, Effingham, Jared Pemberton, Winchester, a daughter, Laura Pemberton, Winchester, one brother, Kevin Gill, Parkville, Mo., and two grandchildren.
A Memorial Celebration of Life will be at 7 p.m., Tuesday at the Barnett Family Funeral Home in Oskaloosa. The family will receive friends and relatives from 6 to 7 p.m., prior to Services at the Funeral Home.
