Team Outlook: STRENGTHS — After enduring a youthful season last year, the Pioneers have a glut of returning runners for 2012. The experience should hold early returns in the season’s beginning.

Also, the program has seen a great turnout among the incoming underclassmen increasing the team’s overall depth.

WEAKNESSES —  With such a strong turnout, there is a lot of fresh faces that need seasoning, which according to Willmeth, “is a good problem to have, not a bad one.”

Coach says: “If we work hard, we will be okay. I like to say “Run to win.”
