  • A man has pleaded no contest to robbing a pizza delivery driver in Leavenworth, according to a prosecution official.
Austin Ogan pleaded no contest Wednesday in Leavenworth County District Court to one count of robbery, according to County Attorney Todd Thompson.
The crime occurred May 21 in the area of Osage and Eighth streets. Ogan reportedly pointed a handgun at a Papa John’s Pizza driver who was trying to make a delivery. The defendant reportedly asked for the delivery driver’s money, keys and phone and took the food that was supposed to be delivered.
The victim later identified Ogan in a photo lineup prepared by police, according to Thompson.
Sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 2.
