A Leavenworth woman told authorities her car was rammed several times by another vehicle Sunday in eastern Leavenworth county, according to a report from the Sheriff's Office.
The incident was reported at 11:20 a.m. Sunday at 127th Street and McIntyre Road.
"Nobody was injured," Undersheriff Ron Cranor said.
The 22-year-old victim had met an ex-boyfriend in Leavenworth and was following him in her car to Kansas City, Kan. The victim told authorities another vehicle started ramming the back of her car. The victim was able to identify the woman who allegedly drove the other vehicle, according to the report.
The victim's vehicle was rammed several times. Her ex-boyfriend allegedly used his car to block her on the road so she could be rammed.
The driver and two other women got out of the car that reportedly rammed the victim. The women suspects allegedly began to beat on the windows of the victim's car and threatened to harm her, according to the report.
Cranor said the windows of the victim's car were not broken during the incident.
The victim reportedly tried to drive away. But the suspect who allegedly had rammed the victim pulled her vehicle in front the victim's car, according to the report.
The victim put her car in reverse and accelerated. The vehicle went into a ditch.
The suspects, including the ex-boyfriend, left the scene.
Cranor said the victim's vehicle had to be towed.
Authorities have been unable to locate the suspects.
Deputies checked on an address for the woman who allegedly had rammed the victim, but the residence was empty. Deputies obtained another address, but that residence also was vacant, according to the report.
