This may be the shortest musings ever.
Deadline for bitty basketball registration is Friday. The league is open to children ages 3-5 and 6-year-olds not yet in first grade.
Results from the High Noon Saloon Rudolph’s Red-Nose Run are in the Scoreboard on page B2.
The adult women’s volleyball league only has three weeks remaining and the Drillers continue to control their own destiny and remain undefeated at 7-0.
A Drillers victory this week would clinch at least a tie for the championship with only two games remaining.
The Boom is resting comfortably in second. We still have a big battle for third place between the Dominators and the Six Pack. The Misfits are still having a blast.
It is really exciting to see the number of teams we have in this year’s youth basketball program.
Our program has grown to the point that we now have to figure out a way to fit in all of our games due to the increase in the number of youth teams.
Until next week, remember, the goal for all of our programs is that the program policies and procedures are fair for the masses, fun for all and safe for everyone.
