Larry Gardiner

Larry Gardiner, 80, died in Leavenworth, Kansas, on January 16, 2013. Larry was born in Lake Odessa, Michigan, the son of the late Kathryn and Donald Gardiner. A Veteran

of the U.S. Army, during 1950-1951, he served in the Korean War. In 1985, Larry retired in Michigan from the U.S. Postal Service. He is survived by his wife, Betty, of 60 years;

daughter Cindy (Russ) Fosburg; three Grandsons and four Great-Grandsons. He lived for his family and enjoyed helping others and traveling -- he had traveled to 49 states.

A full military honor service will be at a later date at Leavenworth National Cemetery.
