Leavenworth grad earns MCAC honors

On Wednesday, 2009 Leavenworth graduate and current York College senior Marcus Johnson was named to the Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference 2012-13 All-MCAC men's basketball first-team.

The former Pioneer is averaging 15 points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals per game for York, who is currently 22-7 overall and 12-4 in conference.

The team won a share of the regular season MCAC title last week.
