  • Letter: New NBAF plant a win for state

  • On Friday, I joined my Kansas Congressional Delegation colleagues and Gov. Brownback to announce that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) awarded the $40 million contract for the construction of the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) Central Utilities Plant.
