Team outlook: STRENGTHS — Defensive hustle and offensive bat control are the biggest strong-suits Williams feels his team possesses heading into the season.

“I believe we will put the ball in play and I guarantee we will hustle, work hard and good things are going to happen,” the Lions coach said.

WEAKNESSES — Inexperience will be the biggest hurdle for the squad to overcome in 2013 as many new faces will dot the lineup.
