Jerry Lee Crockett, 66, son of Charlie and Lucille Crockett, died at his home in Plattsburg, Mo. The funeral was in Gower, Mo., on March 15, 2013. His daughter, Tracy Crockett, sang and officiated, offering a lovely eulogy.
He had a love for horses, farming, woodworking. He also enjoyed his career at T.W.A. overhaul base and the many friends he met there. He retired from T.W.A. as a mechanic in 2008, after 37 years of service.
Jerry is survived by his children, Tracy Crockett, Jamey Crockett, Jason Crockett, six grandsons, two great-grandsons, and the mother of his children, Faye Crockett.
Also surviving are his six silblings, Roger (Gloria) Crockett, and son Brian, Larry (Lillian) Crockett, Sonny (Doris) Crockett, Pam (Ron) Mann, and Cindy Thompson, 11 nieces and nephews.
Jerry is at home with his Lord. He often reminded his children to hold no grudges, stand tall and walk tall.
