The accident was reported shortly before 4 p.m. Tuesday at 10th and Cherokee streets.
An 18-year-old Leavenworth woman was driving north on 10th Street in a 2007 Saturn sedan. She turned west and struck a 12-year-old Leavenworth girl on a bicycle. The girl was traveling north in the southbound lane, according to Leavenworth police Lt. Kevin Crim.
