On the eve of his high school graduation, Leavenworth senior Nathan Butler added one more accolade to his already massive trophy case.
Earlier this week, the Pioneer wrestling legend was named to the 2013 Wrestling USA Scholastic All-American Academic Team.
Butler was the 285-pound selection, meaning he finished the school year with the highest grades in his weight class nationwide.
On the mat this past season, Butler collected his third state championship and concluded his high school career with a mark of 157-18.
He holds numerous school records including most career and single season wins.
The Leavenworth graduate is signed to wrestle at Stanford University next year.
