Lansing volleyball beat Bonner Springs 3-0 (25-19, 25-12 and 25-12) in a home match on Tuesday. Seniors Lindsay Davis and Amanda Dalbey led the team in kills with 11 each. Sophomore Meghan Tauke added five kills, senior Allyssa Lutgen had four and junior Abby Hattok had two. “Amanda had a great night hitting, and so did Allyssa,” said head coach Julie Slater. “It felt good to have everyone healthy and playing again.” Junior Stevie Sherard led the tea with 31 assists. Sophomore JoLee Ritchhart led the team with 16 digs. Junior Stevie Sherard and Dalbey each had six, while sophomore Kylie Farris had five. Freshman Alex Lesniak and senior Katie Parks each had four digs. Tauke had five blocks and senior Morgan Moss had two blocks The Lady Lions play a quad at Paola with Blue Valley Southwest and Blue Valley Northwest at 5 p.m. tonight.
