Lansing tennis took first place at the Gardner quad with Baldwin and De Soto on Tuesday. No. 2 singles player Colby Mortensen went 3-0 on the way to her first place finish. No. 1 doubles team of Sydney Chiles and Rachel Long went 3-0 to take first place. The No. 2 doubles team of Loreal Brown and Bailey Zinser also got a first place finish by going 2-1. No. 1 singles player Katie Rathjen got third after going 1-2. “This was a very good win because we finally proved we had a little bit of fight in us,” said head coach Edward Fenton.
