Leavenworth went 2-1 in Tuesday's quad at Topeka-Seaman. The Lay Pioneers got wins over Topeka and Topeka West, but lost to Seaman. Leavenworth is at Bishop Ward at 6 p.m. today. Immaculata got a win over Horton, but lost to host Jefferson County North. “We came out strong tonight,” said head coach Wendy Sachen. “Our goal was to communicate better. We are a quiet team and that hurts us. But they made extra efforts and it paid off.” Ellie Wolk had seven kills to lead the Lady Raiders. Grace Parker recorded 24 digs. Immaculata hosts Maur Hill and Jackson Heights at 5 p.m. Tuesday. Lansing was able to get a 3-0 win in a dual at Turner on Tuesday. Amanda Dalbey and Meghan Tauke led with nine kills each. Lindsay Davis followed with seven, Allyssa Lutgen had four and Abby Hattok had three. Lutgen led the team with two blocks. JoLee Ritchhart , Kylie Farris and Katie Parks each had three digs. Stevie Sherard had 37 assists on the night. The Lady Lions are 17-16 and are having our pink out game on Thursday in a 5 p.m. quad with Shawnee Mission Northwest, Shawnee Mission West and Blue Valley. Pleasant Ridge got wins against Oskaloosa and Jackson Heights. The Lady Rams beat Oskaloosa 25-22 and 25-9. They beat Jackson Heights 25-17 and 25-8. The Lady Rams are at the Sabetha Tournament on Saturday.
