The season came to an end Thursday for the University of Saint Mary men's basketball team.
The Spires fell, 74-68, to Tabor College at home in the first round of the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament.
USM led by two points at halftime, but Tabor outscored the Spires 41-33 in the second half.
It was the third time the Bluejays beat USM this season.
USM ends the season with a 17-12 overall record and 11-7 conference record.
Senior Torren Dowdy led USM with 15 points and seven rebounds. Freshman Grant Greenberg also pulled down seven boards to go with his 11 points.
Senior Shiron Williams scored 12 points and had all four of USM's steals.
USM outrebounded Tabor 38-27, but the Bluejays made 27 of its 36 free throws and shot nearly 49 percent from the field.
