Bobby Oliver Newton “Op” Flowers, 21, Easton, Kansas, found peace Saturday, July 26, 2014. He was born June 5, 1993, the son of Bobby N. Flowers and Tammy R. Jones.
He is survived by his parents, grandmother, Jo Ann Jones, sisters, Ashley and Amber, uncle, Randy Jones, aunt, Jean Jones, and cousins, Rebecca and Randi. In addition to close family and friends he also leaves behind his companion, Charlene Henshaw and her son, Declyn.
Op graduated from Pleasant Ridge High School in 2012. Following high school he attended Highland Community College and received a certificate in welding. Additionally, he attended Kansas City Kansas Community College where he was pursuing a degree in business administration.
His most recent employment was with Urban Lawn Care. He took great pride in his work. In the last year Op found a passion for photography and created Vindicated Photography. He captured professional portraits that were well appreciated by his clients.
Op found a passion for motorsports at the young age of four when he received his first double-seater Go Cart. While in middle school he raced four wheelers taking home first place trophies and loving every minute of the competition. He loved spending time on his fourwheeler with friends and family.
Funeral will be Thursday, July 31, 2014, at the Easton Methodist Church. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. with services following at 11 a.m. with Pastor Dean Lashley officiating. Internment will be at the Easton Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be given to the Easton Methodist Church.
