1. Absolutely no throwing of candy from floats or vehicles. This is a violation of Tonganoxie city ordinance.

2. No three wheelers, four wheelers, go carts, mini bikes, or dirt bikes will be allowed to be driven in the parade.

3. Fire Departments are encouraged to participate, how-ever they will be limited to one vehicle per department.

4. Parents are responsible for their children! If you put your child on a float, you are responsible for making arrangements with the driver of the float for picking up your child after the conclusion of the parade.

5. The parade chairman and the Leavenworth County Fair board reserve the final and absolute right to interpret its rules and arbitrarily settle and determine all matters connected with the fair, including the parade.
