Democrats mostly
corrupt, should be voted out

To the editor:
A primary doctrine of our Democracy is "consent of the governed". To maintain legitimacy, our government mustn't enact legislation that's clearly contrary to the will of the American people. When the majority clearly doesn't want an action taken it's illegitimate use of governmental power to do so.
When a political party can't pass legislation because it's own elected members won't support it, and that party uses bribes, threats, and intimidation against them, that shows blatant disregard for the will of the governed, and political corruption.
When they threaten underhanded parliamentary methods to dictate legislation of which the American people have clearly voiced their disapproval, that's prima facie evidence of tyrannical disregard for the will of our people, unmitigated audacity, and inexcusable disrespect for the foundations of our form of government.
When thousands march in the streets against legislation, and 36 state legislatures are contemplating exempting their citizens from its hideous mandates, ignoring those protests is despotic and corrupt.
We have the right, and the duty, to remove those who commit such corrupt acts against our will, and perpetrate such insults to our country and our right to direct our government. They work for us, not the other way around.
When economic, foreign affairs, and other vital duties are neglected to force through unwanted mandates, that's malfeasance and abuse of office. The stench of Pelosi, Reid, Nelson, Landreau, Obama, and many others, should be held synonymous with political corruption, and removed from the public nostrils, along with their putrid edicts.
