This year marks the 50th anniversary of the city’s incorporation into Leavenworth County. Nolan Sunderman, director of economic development and the city’s convention and visitors bureau, said the city is set to celebrate the occasion along with the annual Lansing DAZE festival in Lansing Towne Center.
