The city of Basehor’s levy for property taxes will remain flat for 2018.

The Basehor City Council unanimously approved the city’s 2018 operating budget last week, according to Mayor David Breuer.

The $9.9 million budget will leave the city’s mill levy at its current level of 34.429 mills. The mill levy is used in determining property taxes.

“I believe it’s a good solid budget,” Breuer said.
