Vietnam veterans will be honored at 7 p.m. Monday at Grinders High Noon during a ceremony commemorating the 50th anniversary of the end of the Vietnam War.Col. Andy Shoffner, garrison commander at Fort Leavenworth, will present Vietnam veterans with commemorative pins during the event, which is being hosted by American Legion Post 23 in Leavenworth.
