A man was arrested after he allegedly left the scene of a rollover crash Saturday near Easton, according to a report from the Leavenworth County Sheriff’s Office.

The 29-year-old McLouth man reportedly had a cut on his chin after the accident but refused medical treatment. The man is believed to have been the driver of a wrecked 2004 Crysler 300.

The crash was reported at 9:50 p.m. Saturday and said to be in the area of Easton Road and County Road 21. Easton Township firefighters found the wreck north of Shawnee Road on County Road 21 and reported that no driver or passengers were found.

The owner of the car was identified through the vehicle’s registration as the 29-year-old McLouth man. Deputies recognized his name because he allegedly left the scene of a crash in November, according to the report.

The man was located Saturday at an address on Potter Road. He was arrested for allegations for driving with a suspended license, failing to report an accident and leaving the scene of an injury accident, according to the report.

The car was said to be a total loss.
