A Leavenworth County man was sentenced Friday to 15 years in prison for sexually abusing his daughter.
The 180-month sentence was requested for Darby White, 41, as part of a plea agreement.
District Judge Gunnar Sundby said he reluctantly agreed to a defense motion for a durational departure, which allowed White to receive a shorter sentence than what would have been considered standard in the case.
