An arraignment for a Leavenworth man charged with two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child has been continued.
The case of David C. Rogers, 28, may be resolved with a plea agreement.
“There has been a plea offer made in this case,” Rogers’ attorney, Gregory Robinson, said Friday in Leavenworth County District Court.
But Robinson said additional time was need and suggested continuing the arraignment.
