A rural Easton man was arrested New Year’s Day for allegedly threatening another man with a gun, according to a report from the Leavenworth County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident, which reportedly followed an argument, was alleged to have occurred at 3:30 a.m. Thursday outside of the suspect’s home at 22904 Millwood Road.
The 20-year-old suspect allegedly walked out of his front door with a loaded pistol and told a 21-year-old Fort Leavenworth man he had two seconds to leave the property, according to the report.
The suspect was arrested for aggravated assault.
