A preliminary hearing began Thursday for a former Leavenworth elementary school librarian who was charged with the sexual abuse of a student. But during a break in the hearing, Anthony C. Baker reached a plea agreement with the prosecution.
As part of the agreement, Baker pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy and one count of sexual exploitation of a child. Nine other charges were dismissed.
