Brad Sneed said he looks forward to going to work every day.
Of course, Sneed doesn’t have very far to go. He works out of a studio at his home, illustrating children’s books.
“I love my job,” he told children at Nettie Hartnett Elementary School.
Sneed, who lives in Prairie Village, visited two Leavenworth elementary schools Tuesday, and was scheduled to visit two more today.
His school visits were paid for with a grant from the Leavenworth Public Schools Education Foundation.
