A Tonganoxie man was taken to the hospital following a crash Thursday on Kansas Highway 32, according to a report from the Kansas Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported at 9:17 a.m. Thursday west of Cantrell Road.

A 54-year-old man was driving a 1979 Kenworth truck with a trailer west on K-32. A tire blew on the truck, which went into a ditch, according to the report.

The truck overturned and became separated from the trailer.

The driver was not injured. His passenger, a 70-year-old man, was injured and taken to the Overland Park Regional Medical Center, according to the report.
