A Basehor man is among the 10 people who have been charged in a $3 million mortgage fraud case, according to a news release from the U.S. attorney.
Lucas R. Collier, 27, was charged in an indictment that was announced Thursday in a news release from the office of Lanny Welch, U.S. attorney for Kansas.
