According to the Lansing Police Department, the car seat check event scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today has been postponed due to the winter weather advisory.
The event is rescheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for March 27 at the Fort Leavenworth Post Exchange, 330 Kansas Ave. If the weather forecast calls for rain and thunderstorms, the event will be moved to Fort Leavenworth Fire Station No. 2, 295 Biddle on Fort Leavenworth.
