Should there be a roundabout on 20th Street and Eisenhower Road? Definitely not. We need signal lights. Years ago while in California, we met up with roundabouts and they have not improved since. Plus, have you met up with the one in north Kansas City with the stop and go lights in the roundabout?

How much land would need to be condemned? Or does the city already own some of it? Have you seen an 18-wheeler on the roundabouts or asked the drivers how it is to navigate?

A signal light would be safer. When the sun is setting in the west, you need to check for traffic coming from that direction.

And let’s go back to the time prior to Commissioner Louis Klemp. Had the roundabout question not been settled at that point?
