To the editor:

Our president, the serial liar-in-chief, Donald J. Trump, has over the past 20-30 years, taken virtually every possible position on virtually every issue he has been questioned about, sometimes changing his position numerous times in a day. Now he has managed to convert the former deficit busting, we can do a better medical care plan, Republicans into the Trumpicans.

In the past couple weeks I have heard the Trumpican talking head senator from Kentucky say that he didn’t want to forward a government funding bill unless he knew what the president would support. In the House of Representatives, the Speaker of the House/Trumpican talking head said that he didn’t want to work on an immigration bill until he knew what the president would support.

Isn’t that the way it’s done in North Korea? Don’t do anything until you know what the boss wants? I thought the separation of powers was created so that each branch could operate independent of each other. Senators and congressman were elected to legislate for us all. The president is elected to be the executive head of government, not the boss of the legislative branch.
