To the editor:
I read again the article about coach Hogan not being retained for next year. I did not see anything adverse about coach Hogan that would indicate the reason(s) for not retaining his services. In coach Hogan, you have a person who has trained numerous young persons to be successful both on and off the court. My three sons graduated from Leavenworth High School, but did not play high school basketball. They never said anything adverse about coach Hogan. I have watched many games since I came here in 1986. I interfaced with a few of his players and they never said anything negative and they have grown to be fine young men. So if there is nothing adverse about coach Hogan, I think that the public should have the reasons why this has occurred.
