Brig. Gen. Victor J. Braden spoke about leadership during his assumption of responsibility ceremony Thursday at Fort Leavenworth. Braden is the Combined Arms Center's new deputy commanding general for the Army National Guard. He's also the deputy Kansas attorney general.
