Credit Cards You can authorize the newspaper to charge your subscription to your credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. However, due to the new Federal Laws we can only accept the credit card information over the phone or in person. To pay using a Credit Card please call us at 913-682-0305.
Back Issues Back issues of The Leavenworth Times for the previous 30-day period are available at the Customer Service desk. The cost of the paper is $1.00 when available. To have back issues mailed is $5.00. To inquire about a back issue or to have one mailed, please call: 913-682-0305.
Delivery Problems If you have a quality issue or didn't receive your Leavenworth Times please call us at 913-682-0305. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.
If you contact us before 4:30 pm the day of the problem and during office hours we will attempt to get you a copy of the paper that same day.*
*This service depends on the availability of a driver to bring you a paper, and your location with the Leavenworth/Lansing city limits.

Going On Vacation If you're going to be going on vacation, be sure to call us at 913-682-0305 to let us know ahead of time. We will be pleased to put your subscription on hold or even hold your papers for your return. On your return, just stop by the paper to pick up your Vacation Package and to restart the home delivery of your paper. If you don't have your papers held for you (Vacation Package), just give us a call when you want your paper to restart and your account will automatically be credited for the stopped days.
Change Of Address If you are moving within the area, please contact us about transferring your subscription from your old address to your new address at least 3 days before moving. Be sure to call us at 913-682-0305.

Our Newspapers In Education (NIE) program is a unique partnership among classrooms, community sponsors and The Leavenworth Times. Schools in Leavenworth, Lansing, Easton and Fort Leavenworth receive copies of The Leavenworth Times every week FREE of charge because of generous community support. The NIE program also provides teachers with curriculum ideas and teaching aids.
