Sponsorship for three of the city of Lansing’s top entertainment events are available. But time is running out.

The 16th annual Lansing DAZE Brew, Blues & Bar-B-Q will be held May 4-5 at Kenneth W. Bernard Park, 15650 Gilman Road.

Sponsorships, due by Monday, are available at several monetary levels, including Silver for $250, Gold for $500, Reserve Grand Champion for $750 and Grand Champion for $1,500.

“We are trying to have events that will promote businesses in Lansing,” said Tim Dossey, the city of Lansing’s event and marketing coordinator.

Sponsorships also are available for the Lansing City Limits music series.

The free shows will be June 8 at Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse, 871 Eisenhower Road, and Sept. 22 at Lansing Lumber, 211 N. Main St.

The June 8 show will feature local musicians Wujeong Duncan and Erica McKenzie.

The Sept. 22 show will be an all-day event held in conjunction with the Fall Citywide Garage Sale. The event will feature regional country artists, including William Duncan, Chase Horseman and Rachel Ann Taylor.

Sponsorships are available at several levels, including Headliner for $200, Opening Act for $150 and Groupie for $100. Sponsorships are due by May 7.

Dossey also is looking for sponsorships for the Lansing Fall Festival, which will be held Oct. 13 at Angel Falls.
