Can you name all of the kittens in “The Aristocats?” In what movie do you hear the lyrics “Heigh-ho, heigh-ho?” What animals help make Cinderella’s dress? If you know the answers to these questions, the Disney trivia night at Lansing Community Library may be right up your alley. Plan to test your Disney knowledge on Saturday from 2-3 p.m.
Emily Stratton, librarian at the library, is a huge Disney fan and wanted to try this program format for the Summer Reading Program this year. She thought it would be a fun way to bring family and friends of all ages together.
People are able to play as a team, as individuals or be randomly added to a team once they arrive. There will be three rounds of questions from a variety of Disney movies. The questions are designed for all ages and interest levels. The team with the most correct answers will receive a prize. If there is a tie after the three rounds, a sudden death lightning round will be held.
Stratton hopes this will be a success and that the library will hold trivia nights on a regular basis.
Space is limited for this new event, so be sure to register by calling the library at 913-727-2929.
