A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a 69-year-old Salina man who was last reported seen more than a month ago.

The missing man was identified as Kenneth “Kenny” Reitcheck.

The Salina Police Department on Monday requested that the Kansas Bureau of Investigation issue a statewide Silver Alert for Reitcheck, who was described as a white man standing 5-feet-9 and weighing 175 pounds with blue eyes and gray hair.

Reitcheck hasn't been seen since Nov. 4 and a news release from the KBI said he is known to suffer from diminished mental health capabilities and is on disability. The KBI said Reitcheck hasn't attempted to gain access the funds since before he was last seen.

Reitcheck is known to frequent the Salina area, but may have family in northwest Kansas, near Colby.

Reitcheck doesn't have a phone, a vehicle or any identification, according to the KBI.

Anyone with information about Reitcheck's whereabouts may call the Salina Police Department at 785-826-7210.
