Jerry Ann Allen, 73, of Lansing, passed away, Monday, June 17, 2019, at Saint Luke’s Hospital Kansas City, Missouri.

Jerry Ann Allen, 73, of Lansing, passed away, Monday, June 17, 2019, at Saint Luke’s Hospital Kansas City, Missouri.  She was born July 7, 1945, to Hampton JR and Anna Frances (Roberts) Hundley.

On June 5, 1985, she married Charles Allen. He survives at the home. She is also survived by a son, Charles Darrin (Karan Robbins) Haling of Leavenworth; five brothers, Spike (Pat) Hundley, Duane Hundley, Terry (Judy Johnson) Hundley all of Leavenworth, Roger (Connie) Hundley of Big Springs, Kansas, and JT (Judy) Hundley of Basehor, Kansas; a sister, Sharon (David) Tuttle of Leavenworth; two grandchildren, Brooke Haling and Chad (Kristen) Haling; three great-grandchildren, Kelsie, Chloe and Ava Haling; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She cherished spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jerry Ann enjoyed making crafts, wreaths, shadow boxes and scrapbooks in her free time. She loved shopping and camping with friends. She was a sports fan, watching the Chiefs, KU and the Royals whenever she could. 

Jerry Ann is preceded in death by her father, grandparents, a niece, brother in laws and a sister in law.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at the R.L. Leintz Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Leavenworth National Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the National Breast Cancer Foundation or a charity of the donor’s choice.
