Anna Lucille Collins, 63, Lansing, died Friday, July 5, 2019, at St. Luke’s Hospice House. She was born March 14, 1956, in Skowhegan, Maine, the daughter of Joseph and Florence (Huard) Biochu.
On Aug. 5, 2012, Anna married David Collins. He survives at the home. She is also survived by three daughters, Sara Ann Paris, Atchison, Kansas, Molly Christina Brockman, Leavenworth and Autumn Marie Wilson, St. Joseph, Missouri; two sons, Brandon Lee Armstrong, Leavenworth and Dillion Grant Collins, Topeka, Kansas; a brother, Nathanial Lachance; a sister, Florencia Lachance; 22 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Anna was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Joey Luciano.
She loved playing bingo and going to the casino. Anna also enjoyed going shopping and buying jewelry.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, 2019, at the R.L. Leintz Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Leavenworth National Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Autism Speaks.
