Shirley Jean (Trackwell) Noll, 86, of Winchester, KS, died Tuesday, March 29, 2022. Shirley worked 19 years as a Deputy Clerk of Jefferson County District Court, retiring in 1997. Shirley served many years as a Democratic Precinct Committee woman in Jefferson County. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Easton, KS, and member of the Town and Country unit of McLouth.
