Headquartered in Leavenworth, Armed Forces Bank was honored for its contributions to the financial well-being of military families and veterans. At the recent Association of Military Banks of America Annual Workshop in Seattle, Armed Forces Bank was named Distinguished Bank of the Year by the Departments of the Navy and Air Force, an honor it has received for 13 of the last 14 years. Only three on-base financial institutions earn this distinction annually, with Armed Forces Bank winning two of the three awards this year.
