Community welcomes 2025 Farmers Market in downtown Leavenworth
A sunny Saturday took the edge off of a nippy opening spring day for Leavenworth's Farmers Market as vendors welcomed their first customers of the season at Haymarket Square. It was a chance for the community to get the latest fresh produce, mingle with friends and converse with farmer experts manning the booths.Neat rows of fresh tomatoes, greens, radishes and potatoes lined some of the vendor tables while others touted homemade breads, sweet treats, jams, honey, crafts or pots of flowers.
