Leavenworth City Manager Paul Kramer answers questions Tuesday from international military students who have come to the area to study at Fort Leavenworth’s Army Command and General Staff College. Kramer spoke to 122 foreign officers who represent 88 countries during International Military Students’ Honorary Citizens Day. The city of Leavenworth traditionally hosts the event after international military students arrive for a new class at the CGSC. Tuesday’s program, which took place at the Riverfront Community Center, concluded with the officers being presented certificates naming them honorary citizens of Leavenworth.
