The Cologuard Classic PGA Tour Champions tournament was held earlier this month at the La Paloma Country Club in Tucson, Arizona. The event not only had a $2.2 million purse with $330,000 to the winner, it also helped raise money to support colon cancer awareness and southern Arizona youth sports.Seventy-eight PGA champions competed over three days and those pro golfers were matched with a colon cancer survivor, caregiver or a family member of a patient who did not survive their colon cancer battle.
Defendant sentenced to 11.5 years for indecent liberties
A man has been sentenced in Leavenworth County to 11.5 years in prison for two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
