City offices to close for holidays

City of Leavenworth offices will be closed Friday and Dec. 31 for the holidays. City Hall will also close at noon Thursday. The Riverfront Community Center will close at noon Friday and throughout the day Saturday. The Riverfront Community Center will close at 5 p.m. Dec. 31 and throughout the day Jan. 1.

PEACE POSTERS

The Lansing Lions Club recently participated in the Lions Clubs International Peace Poster contest. Thirty-one students from Lansing Middle School submitted posters for the contest.
