Alleta M. Biggs, 92, died peacefully on November 12 at Mission Chateau senior living community in Prairie Village after a lengthy illness.

On November 7, 2022, Suzuyo “Suzy” Wenger (née Hongo), devoted wife and beloved mother, peacefully passed away at the age of 96. Suzy was born on March 31, 1926, in Sendai, Japan, to her parents Kokichi and Nobu Hongo.

Steven “Steve” Walter Ringel, 68, of Leavenworth, Kan., died at his home on Saturday, October 29, 2022. A graveside service with military funeral honors will be held at Leavenworth National Cemetery at 11 a.m..
